Our process
THE PLANNING PROCESS
– STEP 1 –
Initial Consultation
We get to know you and get a general sense of what you’re looking for on your next cruise vacation. We’ll explain our services and discuss our planning packages, many complimentary. If you decide we’re a great fit, we collect a few additional details to ensure we have everything we need to design your cruise.
– STEP 2 –
Planning + Digital Itinerary Presentation
Once we’ve collected your thoughts, travel dreams and ideas, we’ll research and create two cruise itineraries and present them to you in a digital format. We use a cutting-edge itinerary program called Travefy that allows us to layout your cruise vacation in a beautiful and easy-to-read, convenient format.
– STEP 3 –
Book & Bon Voyage
At this stage, we firm up deposits and confirm final payment dates. We’ll also assist with air, transfers, and pre and post hotel stays if you wish. Your travel documents will be delivered to you electronically and remember, we’re here to help from the moment you enquire to the moment you return home.
